Cancellations and rescheduling

At SA Boating Licence Course, we strive to keep all students safe and happy. Customer service is a top priority – we’ll strive to help you where we can.

If you are attempting to reschedule or cancel a course you have booked, or have concerns and want to provide feedback, please complete the form below so we can do our best to assist.

Some important notes:

  • Please allow roughly 1-2 business days for a response
  • All submissions will be evaluated in accordance with our company policies
  • Office staff (phone) will be unable to assist you with your submission/outcome
  • All communication must be completed in writing via email
